Our Multi-Level Recovery Process Adapts to
Your Every Need
  
    # 1: We will locate your collateral and debtor. At your request, from our extensive nationwide list of licensed, bonded and insured Repossessors, we can make arrangements to secure your collateral. Then, we'll oversee the process.

     We will also notify you immediately: 

  • if the collateral has been impounded,
  •  if the collateral has been placed with a third party,
  •  if the collateral has been stolen (with or without insurance),
  •  if the collateral is in storage,
  •  if the collateral is in a garage or repair facility (with or without repair charges attached), or
  •  if the collateral is locked in the debtor's garage (we'll verify this as fact).

      # 2: We will act on your behalf when we locate debtors and they wish to return the collateral, bring the account up to date, or make arrangements to pay you off.

     # 3: We will find the Maker or Co-maker of the loan and notify you immediately should it become necessary for you to serve a summons, sequestration, replevin action or lift of stay.
